S modelmi od spoločnosti FOX18 sme sa na našich stránkach už stretli. Hneď od prvého momentu nás presvedčili o kvalite, ale i drobných detských nemociach, ktorými si musí prejsť každý nový výrobca modelov. Automobil LIAZ je známi predovšetkým čitateľom z východnej Európy. Dnes je už len spomienkou staršej generácie. Tu a tam sa na cestách ešte s týmto vozom stretnete, no Vianoce sú častejšie. Spoločnosť FOX18 vzdala hold týmto modelom nielen samotnej značke, ale i ľudom ktorých minulosť je s týmto vozom spojená. V mierke 1/43 nám predstavuje ťahač s chladiarenským návesom N13 CH (ORLÍČAN).
We have already encountered models from FOX18 on our website. Right from the first moment, they convinced us of the quality, but also of minor childhood diseases, which every new model manufacturer must go through. The LIAZ car is known mainly to readers from Eastern Europe. Today it is only a memory of the older generation. Here and there you will meet this car on the road, but Christmas is more common. The company FOX18 paid tribute to this model not only to the brand itself, but also to people whose past is associated with this car. In 1/43 scale, it presents a tractor with a N13 CH (ORLÍČAN) refrigerated semi-trailer.
Dojem z modelu LIAZ 110 s návesom ALKA N13 CH je dokonalý. Ešte pred jeho podrobným prieskumom, sme kladne zhodnotili jednoduchý, ale účelný obal s pevným protiprachovým krytom a s podstavcom na ktorom je auto uchytené. Firma FOX18 nenecháva nič na náhodu. Všetko podlieha detailnému a kvalitnému spracovaniu. Replika LIAZ bola vyrobená v malej limitovanej sérii 300 kusov. To potvrdzuje i priložený certifikát.
The impression from the LIAZ 110 model with the ALKA N13 CH semi-trailer is perfect. Even before its detailed survey, we positively evaluated a simple but purposeful package with a solid dust cover and a base on which the car is attached. FOX18 leaves nothing to chance. Everything is subject to detailed and quality processing. The LIAZ replica was produced in a small limited series of 300 pieces. This is also confirmed by the attached certificate.
Samotný ťahač sme si už v podobnom prevedení predstavili v minulej recenzii LIAZ od FOX18. Môžete si ju pozrieť v našom archíve. Pribudol strešný štít na kabíne kvôli zníženiu odporu prúdiaceho vzduchu. Model je vo všetkom identický s jeho súrodencom. Samozrejme sfarbenie dizajnéri prispôsobili reálnej predlohe LIAZ Turbo 110 a snažili sa i v tomto prípade zachytiť čo možno najviac detailov v interiéry a exteriéry. Lakovanie je opäť dobré. Našli sme pár nedostatkov na natlačenej grafike. Na drobných miestach je vypadnutá farba. Voľným okom skoro nepostrehnuteľný nedostatok.

A roof shield has been added to the cab to reduce the resistance of the flowing air. The model is identical in all respects to his sibling. Of course, the designers adapted the LIAZ Turbo 110 to the real design and tried to capture as much detail as possible in the interiors and exteriors. Varnishing is good again. We found a few flaws in the printed graphics. The paint has fallen out in small places. An almost imperceptible lack of the naked eye.
Troška Histórie / A bit of History
Inšpiráciu chladiarenského vozu si firma FOX18 zobrala z posledných produktov Štátneho Podniku ORLÍČAN. Počiatok firmy treba hľadať v roku 1918. Zakladateľom podniku bol Ing. Jaroslava Mráz ktorý založil výrobu v meste Choceň (Česká republika). Zameral sa na opravy úzko koľajových lokomotív pre banské podniky. Pred 2. svetovou vojnou však prišiel s nápadom začať vyrábať chladiarenské zariadenia. Naviac v roku 1935 sa Ing. J. Mráz spojil s podnikateľom Ing. Pavel Beneš a založili fabriku na výrobu ľahkých cvičných a športových lietadiel. Produkcia chladiarenských zariadení a lietadiel pod vedením pôvodných majiteľov pokračovala až do roku 1945, kedy boli podniky znárodnené. Výroba lietadiel však pokračovala ďalej. V roku 1959 sa nariadením vlády ČSSR rozhodlo výrobu lietadiel ukončiť a oživiť výrobu chladiarenských návesov. Prvý desať tunový náves N10 CH bol určený pre ťahač Škoda 706 RTTN. Spolu s tým sa vyrábal i sedem tunový náves N7 CH. Choceň vyvážala návesy predovšetkým do bývalého ZSSR, štátov východnej Európy, ale i do Afriky (Egypt) a Strednej Ameriky (Kuba). V roku 1965 bol zastaraný model N10 CH nahradený novým modelom N12 CH. Taktiež bol určený pre ťahače Škoda 706 RTTN. Jedným z posledných výrobkov firmy Orlíčan bol dvadsať dva tunový náves N22 CH určený pre ZSSR. Než sa však 1. Januára 1986 podnik Orlíčan dostal pod patronát LIAZ. Stačil ešte vyvinúť nový model návesu ALKA N13 CH. Ten bol prioritne určený práve pre ťahače značky LIAZ 100/110. Ešte spomenieme, že klimatizačné jednotky nakupovala Choceň v nemeckej firme Frigera.

The FOX18 company took inspiration from the latest products of the State Enterprise ORLICAN. The beginning of the company should be traced back to 1918. The founder of the company was Ing. Jaroslava Mraz who founded production in Chocen (Czech Republic). He focused on repairs of narrow-gauge locomotives for mining companies. Before World War II, however, he came up with the idea to start producing refrigeration equipment. Moreover, in 1935, Ing. J. Mraz connected with the entrepreneur Ing. Pavel Benes and founded a factory for the production of light training and sports aircraft. Production of refrigeration equipment and aircraft under the leadership of the original owners continued until 1945, when the companies were nationalized. However, aircraft production continued. In 1959, by an order of the government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, it was decided to end the production of aircraft and revive the production of refrigerated semi-trailers. The first ten-ton N10 CH semi-trailer was designed for the Skoda 706 RTTN tractor. At the same time, a seven-ton N7 CH semi-trailer was produced. Chocen exported semi-trailers mainly to the former USSR, the states of Eastern Europe, but also to Africa (Egypt) and Central America (Cuba). In 1965, the obsolete N10 CH model was replaced by the new N12 CH model. It was also designed for Skoda 706 RTTN tractors. One of the last products of the Orlican company was a twenty-two tonne N22 CH semi-trailer intended for the USSR. However, before January 1, 1986, the Orlican company came under the patronage of LIAZ. It was enough to develop a new model of the ALKA N13 CH semitrailer. This was primarily intended for LIAZ 100/110 tractors. We will also mention that Chocen bought the air conditioning units in the German company Frigera.
Navrhnutie návesu sme podrobili porovnaniu podľa dobových fotiek dostupných na internete. Uznanlivo dávame palec hore. Línie, perforácie a množstvo znázornených detailov je zhodných s predlohou. Taktiež lakovanie podvozku je na dobrej a dostatočnej úrovni. No chyby v natlačenej grafike sa prejavili i tu. Pre nás bolo najlepším detailom klimatizačné zariadenie s logom Frigera. Trošku by sme ocenili pre budúcnosť viac kovu i za cenu vyššej koncovej ceny za model. Predsa ide o model, ktorí by si to zaslúžil. Záverečný súhrn by mal byť objektívny. No podľa fotiek i vy sami musíte uznať, že ide o model na vysokej úrovni. My sami sme z tohto modelu veľmi nadšený a považujeme to za vhodenú rukavicu na súboj mnohým renomovaným výrobcov modelov vo svete. Ďakujeme týmto spoločnosti FOX18 za poskytnutie repliky pre účely článku a v novom roku prajeme chalanom dobré nápady a presné oko pri navrhovaní detailov nových modelov. We compared the design of the semi-trailer with period photos available on the Internet. We appreciate the thumbs up. The lines, perforations and a number of details shown are identical to the original. Also the painting of the chassis is at a good and sufficient level. But the errors in the printed graphics also manifested themselves here. For us, the best detail was an air conditioner with the Frigera logo. We would appreciate a little more metal for the future, even at the price of a higher final price for the model. Still, it’s a model that deserves it. The final summary should be objective. But according to the photos, you yourself must admit that it is a model at a high level. We ourselves are very enthusiastic about this model and consider it a suitable glove for a duel by many renowned model manufacturers in the world.
