MAJORETTE 5 packy sme tu už pár krát mali. Dnes sa pozrieme na ďalší, edíciu hrdzavých áut. Renault a Celicu viete nájsť aj v druhom, „nehrdzavom“ packu. Na svoje si prídu hlavne fanúšikovia starých automobilov. Tento pack obsahuje automobily ako z Európy, tak z Ameriky, či Japonska.
We’ve had a MAJORETTE 5 pack here a few times. Today we look at another, edition of rusty cars. You can also find Renault and Celica in the second “non-rusty” pack. Fans of old cars will get their money’s worth. This pack contains a car from Europe, America or Japan.
VW Beetle
Ako jediný z celej kolekcie prichádza v mierke 1/64, čo by som popravde ani nepovedal. Krémová farba sa Chrobáku naozaj hodí, dotvára dobový efekt. Vzhľad inšpirovaný legendárnym Herbiem si všimne istotne každý fanúšik. Do otvárateľného kufra, si síce neschováte nič, ale detail je to pekný. V zatvorenom stave dobre lícuje s karosériou.
As the only one in the whole collection, it comes in 1/64 scale, which I wouldn’t really say. The cream color really suits Beetle, it completes the time effect. The look inspired by the legendary Herbie will surely be noticed by every fan. You can’t hide anything in the openable suitcase, but the detail is nice. When closed, it fits well with the body.
VW T1
Ďalší model poteší opäť fanúšikov Ľudových vozidiel. „Veľký Chrobák“ je vyvedený v mierke 1/59. Zelená farba v kombinácii s hrdzavou potlačou, vyzerá trochu ako vojenská maskáčová verzia. Škoda že sa Majorette neodhodlalo k dvojfarebnej kombinácii „Busíku“. Hnedý interiér sa k autu hodí, obzvlášť ma zaujala zadná časť po otvorení. Otvára sa síce tažšie, ale mne osobne to tak viac vyhovuje, aspoň drží na mieste.
Another model will delight fans of Volkswagen again. “Big Beetle” is made in 1/59 scale. The green color, combined with a rusty print, looks a bit like a military camouflage version. It is a pity that Majorette did not decide on the two-color combination of this car. The brown interior is suitable for the car, I was especially impressed by the rear after opening. It opens more difficult, but it personally suits me better, at least it stays in place.
Renault 5 Turbo
Posledný zástupca európskeho kontinentnu, prichádza z krajiny Galského kohúta. Myslím že mohli zvoliť menšiu mierku ako 1/56, príde mi model dosť veľký. Samotnému modelu nemám čo vytknúť. Detaily sú parádne ako vpredu, tak aj vzadu. Predné svetlá tomu dávajú pomyslenú korunu. Jedna vec tu ale je, kolieska. Sú malé a celkovo sa nehodia k modelu. Zvolil by som viac „balónový štýl“, tak ako to má Mustang. Nehovoriac o tom že takto vyleštené sa hrdzavému modelu nehodia.
The last representative of the European continent, he comes from the land of the Gallic rooster. I think they could have chosen a scale smaller than 1/56, I find the model quite large. I have nothing to complain about the model itself. The details are great both at the front and at the back. The headlights give it an imaginary crown. But one thing is here, wheels. They are small and generally do not fit the model. I would choose a more “balloon style” like the Mustang. Not to mention that they are not suitable for a rusty model, too shiny.
Ford Mustang
Veľmi vydarený model americkej ikony. Červená farba v kombinácii s bielymi pruhmi modelu naozaj pristane. Predná časť vyzerá skvelo, podarila sa. Otvárateľné dvere, nám ponúkajú možnosť pohľadu do interiéru, ktorý obsahuje tiež zopár detailov. Čo sa mi ale najviac páči, je zadná časť. V inej farbe by tie svetlá vynikli ešte viac, ale aj tak to vyzerá super.
A very successful model of an American icon. The red color combined with the white stripes of the model really lands. The front looks great, it worked. Openable doors offer us the opportunity to look into the interior, which also contains a few details. But what I like most is the back. In a different color, those lights would stand out even more, but it still looks great.
Toyota Celica
Posledný model je určený pre fanúšikov Japonských vozidiel. Táto generácia Celicy nie je vyhľadávaný model medzi výrobcami malých mierok. Majorette ho podľa mňa zvládlo na jednotku. Snáď len opäť tá mierka. Podľa mňa 1/56 je príliš veľká, pri reálnych mierkach 1/64 je auto príliš veľké. Vyzerá skoro ako americký muscle car. Vzhľad umocňuje dobrý výber koliesok .
The latest model is intended for fans of Japanese vehicles. This generation of Celica is not a sought-after model among small scale manufacturers. I think Majorette managed it per unit. Maybe just the scale again. In my opinion, 1/56 is too big, next to 1/64 scale cars the car looks too big. It looks almost like an American muscle car. The look is enhanced by a good selection of wheels.
